We designed a new brochure to promote a high-quality modern warehouse unit in Newmarket, with a focus on clarity, visual impact, and strong location messaging.

The aim was to present the property in a compelling, professional way that would resonate with potential occupiers. To support this, we incorporated stunning aerial photography to give prospective tenants a clear sense of the building’s scale, layout, and surrounding environment. The design was clean and contemporary, reflecting the modern specification of the unit while maintaining a strong commercial appeal.

To enhance the brochure’s clarity and functionality, we developed bespoke iconography and included detailed, annotated maps and site plans. These elements helped to communicate key information at a glance, including transport links, site layout, and proximity to major road networks. The property’s position alongside well-known brand neighbours was also highlighted to reinforce the value of its location within a thriving commercial hub. The result was a visually engaging and informative marketing tool that effectively showcased the opportunity to a competitive audience.
