Newcells, a biotechnology company within the Life Sciences sector specialising in pre clinical drug discovery solutions, engaged open to design a new logo, brand and website from scratch. They were asked to pitch against a detailed brief and were competing with two other agencies, one of which was the already retained agency. open were highly professional throughout the whole process, asking the right questions in order to accurately reflect the given marketing brief and deliver the desired outcomes. They made sure to involve all key stakeholders within the business, challenging and questioning what they were expecting from the work.
