To bring the essence of the development to life, a unique logo was created featuring a stylised fallow deer – an elegant and distinctive animal often seen in the surrounding Great Abington area.

This symbol not only captured the beauty and serenity of the countryside but also conveyed a sense of grace and timelessness. Subtly embedded within the design, the initials “EP” were hidden in the collar of the deer, offering a clever detail for audiences to discover.

Building on this distinctive branding, a premium flagship brochure was developed to showcase the development in its best light. Designed with a clean, elegant layout, the brochure combined clever wordplay and concise, engaging copywriting to tell the story of the homes with clarity and flair. Detailed floor plan illustrations provided practical insight, while high-resolution CGI imagery brought the architecture and interiors to life – highlighting the quality, style, and attention to detail that defined the development. The result was a beautifully crafted marketing piece that not only informed but inspired.
