open was appointed to design a new brochure to promote the available accommodation at City House, one of Cambridge’s most prestigious and distinctive office buildings.

The brief was to create a refined, design-led piece that reflected the quality and character of the space, while clearly communicating the benefits of its location and specification. The layout, typography, and tone were carefully considered to appeal to discerning occupiers looking for premium workspace in the heart of the city.

As part of the project, we also carried out new photography to capture the essence of City House. This was a particularly exciting aspect, as the building features a curated collection of sculptures and artworks that bring a unique cultural richness to the environment. These visual elements were carefully integrated into the brochure, helping to convey not just the practicality of the space, but also the experience of working in such a thoughtfully designed and inspiring setting.
