We produced a new brochure to promote the available trade counter, industrial, and warehouse units at Blackhorse Lane in Walthamstow, London. The aim was to create a visually engaging and informative piece that highlighted the flexibility, accessibility, and commercial appeal of the units in this fast-developing area.

The brochure featured a clean, modern layout with clear messaging and detailed plans to communicate the key selling points of the scheme. With Walthamstow’s growing reputation as a vibrant business and creative hub, the design also reflected the area’s energy and potential for growth.

To support the brochure and wider campaign, we carried out high-quality ground photography and drone videography, capturing both the individual units and the surrounding environment.
